PINE MOUNTAIN, CA (Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011 at 11:55 a.m.)–Construction on Mil Potrero Highway is expected to cause up to 20-minute delays for motorists traveling to and from Pine Mountain on Thursday, Friday and Tuesday, September 1, 2 and 6, according to the onsite construction supervisor.
