UPDATE: FRAZIER PARK, CA (Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 8 a.m.)—The missing girl has reportedly been located with the help of Kern County Sheriff’s Deputies. She is said to be safe and back home again. We are seeking to confirm that report with authorities.
FRAZIER PARK, CA (Monday, March 13, 2017 at 10:45 a.m.)—Celeste Hightower, 16 of Pine Mountain Club was last seen on Friday, March 10 in Pine Mountain Club. Her mother believes she may be with Anthony Arriaga, 19 possibly of Pine Mountain Club. Anyone having information on the whereabouts of Celeste Hightower is asked to immediately call Kern County Sheriff’s Department by dialing 911.
