Neighbors vow to resist PMC debt plan

About two dozen neighbors met on Sunday, Feb. 26 to discuss ways to resist the Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association plan to take the debt-free association into an estimated $7 to $14 million (PITI) 20-year loan to build a new clubhouse complex.
