That pesky, glorious, prehistoric soaring bird is about to cause problems for the ambitious Lebec development company again.

Tejon Ranch Company just announced at the end of the business day Tuesday, July 15 that it has bought out its partner, DMB TMV, LLC, paying $70 million to take back all shares for the Tejon Mountain Village LLC project.
