‘Pinks Stink’ says union leader as clock plays out for schools

By Patric Hedlund with Gary Meyer —Do you hear the ticking? That is the clock El Tejon Teachers’ Association (ETTA) union leader Chuck Mullen is watching. He is a history teacher at El Tejon School, but it often appears his first love is coaching basketball. Mullen knows how to play out the clock.
