Power back after Monday outage

UPDATE-FRAZIER PARK, LAKE OF THE WOODS, PINON PINES, LOCKWOOD VALLEY, CUDDY VALLEY, PINE MOUNTAIN CLUB, CA—(Monday, Dec. 29, 2015 at 6 a.m.)—Southern California Edison finally responded to our questions about the power outage: “It began at 7:58 last night Monday night and it effected 4,706 customers at that time,” they said.
“All power was fully restored by 12:09 a.m. last night and the cause, the specific cause, is not known but we’re looking into it as a possible transmission line issue,” Edison’s spokesperson said. He added that the boundaries for the outage were on the North Edgewood Way, on the South Chico Larson Road, East San Carlos Trail and West Cerro Noroeste Road.

UPDATE-FRAZIER PARK, CUDDY VALLEY, PINE MOUNTAIN CLUB, CA—(Monday, Dec. 29, 2015 at 6 a.m.)— Lynn Stafford and Rachel Unell from the Pine Mountain community confirmed that power returned there before 3 a.m. also.

UPDATE-FRAZIER PARK, CUDDY VALLEY, PINE MOUNTAIN CLUB, CA—(Monday, Dec. 29, 2015 at 12:40 p.m.)—John Jones from Lockwood Valley said power came back up at 12:17 a.m. in LV. Thanks to John and also to Colleen Darneille for confirming that Frazier Park power stayed on.

UPDATE-FRAZIER PARK, CUDDY VALLEY, PINE MOUNTAIN CLUB, CA—(Monday, Dec. 28, 2015 at 9:15 p.m.)— Power has returned to Frazier Park, report Jill Neptune and Lance Borgstrom. Rejoice. Enjoy all those twinkling  lights still bringing holiday sparkle to the town. Power is still out in Pine Mountain.

UPDATE-FRAZIER PARK, CUDDY VALLEY, PINE MOUNTAIN CLUB, CA—(Monday, Dec. 28, 2015 at 8:41 p.m.)—Brad Oliver of Cuddy Creek reports the power company informed him they estimate that power will be returned at about 10 p.m.

FRAZIER PARK, CUDDY VALLEY, PINE MOUNTAIN CLUB, CA—(Monday, Dec. 28, 2015 at 8:10 p.m., updated at 8:29 p.m.)—Power flickered off, on again and off again just after 8 p.m. this evening and remains out at 8:28 p.m. Lebec has power, but Frazier Park through Pine Mountain Club has lost electricity.
