Social media misfire strikes again

A mother heard from her El Tejon Middle School student a week ago that students would be banned from displaying the American flag or wearing flag-themed clothes at school.
“I posted a question on the Fraz Mtn Bulletin Board on Facebook to see if anyone else had experienced this,” writes Nancy Kleider. “Needless to say it started a lot of commotion.”

“The dreaded social media misinformation machine” strikes again, said El Tejon Unified School District (ETUSD) Superintendent Rod Wallace in an interview Thursday morning, Sept. 18.
