Tejon Ranch Company’s vigilant public relations gatekeepers love fluffy press that does not ask hard questions or pierce beneath the corporate spin. They must have been horrified by how TRC landed in the prestigious pages of The Atlantic this week.

Two law professors wrote a caper comedy tell-all about targeting the Lebec developer as one of the most poorly run companies on the New York Stock Exchange.
