The first quarter financial report from Tejon Ranch Company (TRC) was released this week, showing a profit of $1.5 million, due to a hefty $8 million in sales of water in the first three months of 2018.

“Moderate drought conditions in Kern County during the first quarter increased water sales opportunities, generating $8.0 million in revenue,” the report says. The $2.66 million a month in water sales are…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
