FRAZIER PARK, CA (Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 4:03 p.m.)—A traffic collision near Cuddy Valley Road and Lockwood Valley Road caused power lines to fall across the roadway, according to CHP. This coincided with a power outage in Lake of the Woods and Frazier Park at 4:02 p.m. The power came back on in Frazier Park at about 4:06 p.m.
