Call to Order

Due to the number of County, and other, agencies, and the number of representatives from each agency, all usual agenda items are waived in order to dedicate sufficient time for full presentations and questions and answers.

Announcements: Three seats for AATC are up for election. See Merrylou for applications. Application due date is October 16, 2013 at which time candidates will give a presenta-tion, introduction of themselves.

Robin Seybold has applied and been accepted to fill an empty Council seat. That brings members to four; one empty seat left.

Waste Management will have a free dump day on Saturday, October 5, 2013 between 8:00am and 12:00pm. See flyer for details.

Presentation: An overall view of our fugitive (dust) soil, recent, present and future prob-lems. We have committed County Health; County Planning; Air Quality (AVAQMD). Working on: County Public Works; Resource conservation (AVRCD), including nursery; and Dust Busters.

With all agencies involved all aspects of fugitive soil problems and solutions will be pre-sented and discussed.
A detailed agenda of the presentation will be available at the Public Meeting.
