As of Thursday, April 15 Mike and Kathy Parker of Mike’s Plumbing (34-year residents of Frazier Park) are the new owners of Alpine Lumber and Hardware.

Don’t worry folks, the name is changing only slightly, to Alpine Lumber & Mercantile.

“Alpine Lumber has been in business for 28 years in the center of town and it would be a shame to see their doors close and employees lose their jobs,” Kathy Parker said in an interview. “We didn’t want to see it go.” Watch for their grand opening in May.
