LEBEC, FRAZIER PARK, CA (Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019 at 11:50 a.m.)— Due to the power outages in the area, the Lebec County Water District is issuing a mandatory conservation order for all customers within the district, those without electricity and those who currently still have electricity.

The need to conserve water is mandatory.
