Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association Board Chairman Bill Gurtner said he has reconsidered and perhaps members should vote—but on what he is not yet sure. The question members are asking about is the proposed $7 million loan and single plan to renovate the clubhouse revealed January 14. Earlier it was promised that there would be multiple options presented to the members.
