VFW Chapter 9791 Commander Gil Valenzuela was pleased with the Lockwood Animal Rescue Center (LARC) Veterans Day Barbecue. “It went really well. I talked to people who ran it. A beautiful Veterans Day BBQ picnic was served by LARC on Monday, Nov. 11, complete with gift bags and a magic show. About 250 people participated, organizers said.
