FRAZIER PARK, Calif. (Tuesday, March 10, 2009)—Kern County Sheriff’s Department (KCSD) has released information about a registered sex offender they believe may be enroute to the Frazier Park area.

According to KCSD, Jonathan Michael Porter also has contacts in the Gorman area of Los Angeles County.

Porter, KCSD says, is in violation of his sexual offender registrant requirements.
