A U.S. Forest Service contract for the Frazier Mountain Trailhead snowplay park project was recently awarded. It is just up the road from the Chuchupate Ranger Station, off of Lockwood Valley Road.

Sansome Construction Co., from San Luis Obispo bid $524,417.75.

The contract calls for work to start by October 26, 2009.
