LEBEC (Wednesday, August 11, 2010)—The Lebec County Water District filed a report with the Kern County Sheriff’s Office today stating that they have cause to believe there has been an embezzlement at their office by the secretary of the LCWD. District secretary Michelle Miller Gustafson has been named in the report. An undetermined amount of money is missing.
