Frazier Park (Monday, March 8, 2010, 12 p.m.)—The Kern County Sheriff’s Frazier Park substation has a new line-up: Senior Deputy Richard Garrett replaces Deputy James Newell who has been moved to the property crimes detectives unit in Bakersfield.

In addition, the staff includes Deputies Kevin Moretti, Darren Wonderly, Raymond Seibert, Joe Gregory and Sam Stout.

The substation is under continuing supervision of Sergeant Mark Brown.

Lieutenant Dave Barker, formerly a resident of Pine Mountain and substation supervisor for several years, now commands all KCSO South Area Substations.
