Three arrested and 35 grams of suspected methamphetamine seized in Frazier Park

FRAZIER PARK, CA (April 25, 2015 at 4:21p.m.)—The Kern County Sheriff’s Office said this afternoon that about  35 grams of suspected methamphetamine was seized during service of a search warrant in Frazier Park at 1:50 p.m. today.  Three people were arrested.

Deputies from the Frazier Park substation and officers from the California Highway Patrol served a search warrant at a home on the 500 block of Wyoming Trail in Frazier Park, Sergeant Mark Brown reported. About one third of of the material was packaged for sale. Deputies seized the suspected 35 grams of meth and suspected drug sales paraphernalia.

Alice Hobbs was arrested for suspicion of possessing methamphetamine for sale, suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia, and suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.  Dawn Swanson was arrested for suspicion of possessing methamphetamine, suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia, and suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.  Catherine Langford was arrested for suspicion of possessing methamphetamine, and suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.  All three women were booked into the Central Receiving Facility in downtown Bakersfield, Sgt. Brown said.
