Will you choose the future of the mountain?

Comment by Patric Hedllund
Mark your calendar for June 13 at 6:30 p.m., a date that may make all the difference for the future of the Mountain Communities. A Town Hall will be held at the Frazier Mountain Park Community Center hosted by Supervisor David Couch. All mountain residents are asked to join the conversation about electing our own representatives.

The county administrator would like to convince the Mountain Communities to forgo elections again, to accept a new round of appointees, this time appointed from existing boards.

Can volunteers already struggling with the tough tasks of providing water or school district oversight or Property Owners Association services also find adequate time to define and help implement the future of the Mountain Communities adequately?

Come speak up on Thursday.
