The Kern County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 to give an early Christmas bonus to Tejon Ranchcorp’s stockholders on Tuesday, Dec. 6.
They approved modifications to the county’s general plan to allow 12,000 to 14,000 residential units (both single family and multifamily dwellings) and 5.1 million sq. feet of commercial development to be built on…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
