This is an exciting time in the life of Pine Mountain Club. Spring has exploded gently around us with wildflower superblooms and new lilacs, just in time for Lilac Festival Saturday and Sunday, May 18 – 19.

We also have elections

So, meet the candidates

You’ll vote for three

The forum starts on page 9

Tony Harmon
Finn Myggen
Shirin Murphy
Cameron Acosta
Pamela Plouffe
Jack Throckmorton
Philip Gabriel
Thomas Loewy

Q: How do you decide in what order to present the candidates?

A: We don’t. The sequence was determined by the candidates themselves. All candidates were sent the questions at the same time. The first to reply is the first in the forum line-up, and so on. The sequence is based on the email time-stamp on replies.

Q: Do you edit the candidates’ answers?

A: Nope. You are reading is exactly what the candidates submitted.
Word budgets are provided for each answer. No typos or word choices have been edited by the newspaper.

There is one exception: To be fair to all, when an answer runs over the word budget, we must end the answer at the number of words allocated, and you will see ** where we have cut it off.

So ** means the answer went over the budget.
