“I have great news!” the ever-energetic superintendent of El Tejon Unified School District (ETUSD) wrote as we were going to press last week.

“We received the $200,000 grant to begin a California Community School Partnership Program at El Tejon Middle School,” Superintendent Sara Haflich said. Among educators, that is referred to as the “CCSPP.”
