Frazier Mountain CERT network forming

David Reiner of Frazier Park is a man with solid vision about setting up a network of Community Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) throughout the Mountain Communities.

CERTs are prepared to respond to a wide variety of emergencies. Reiner trained with Pine Mountain’s CERT and has now signed up 53 citizen volunteers for the Frazier Mountain network; 12 have even completed CERT basic training, he said.

The public is invited to the next meeting Wednesday, Oct. 7, 6-7 p.m. at Falcon’s Nest Grill (661.735.2101; dsreiner2@gmail.com).
