• It’s going to be a Magical Homecoming at Frazier Mountain High School. Bring your community spirit to cheer on the Falcons against Excelsior Charter School. Don’t miss the Disney-themed halftime show and floats. Varsity kicks off at 7 p.m.

• Friends of California Condors Wild and Free offers a second free tour today. Visit the Bitter Creek National Wildlife Refuge, 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Space is limited. Reserve your spot in advance. Email Steve Larios at tours@friendsofcondors.org.

• Help keep members of our community warm! Frazier Mountain Community Church will be at the Frazier Mountain Park Community Center (3801 Park Dr., F.P.) at 3 p.m. to collect new or gently used jackets, sweaters, hats, gloves, boots and blankets. Adult sizes preferred, but all are accepted.

• It’s the spooky season and Your Library is Haunted! Hear local ghost stories from 3:30–5 p.m., then join in the Trunk or Treat, 5–7 p.m. in the library parking lot (3732 Park Dr., FP). Costumes are welcomed. A table will be set up in honor of Dia de los Muertos and patrons are encouraged to bring items from loved ones to display.
