No curfew in Los Angeles County Thursday night

UPDATE: LEBEC and GORMAN, CA (Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 6 p.m.)—Los Angeles County has no curfew tonight.

LEBEC, CA (Tuesday, June 3, 2020 at 11:33 a.m.)—Los Angeles County has announced that a countywide curfew will be imposed tonight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Thursday morning.

LEBEC, CA (Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 11:29 a.m.)—Los Angeles County has announced that a countywide curfew will be imposed tonight from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday morning.

LEBEC, CA (Monday, June 1, 2020 at 3:35 p.m.)—Los Angeles County now states it will impose its curfew starting at 6 p.m. today. Businesses in Lebec and Gorman will remain open, except for McDonald’s restaurant, which will close at 5:30 p.m. One large retailer told The Mountain Enterprise that a local L.A. County deputy told him problems are not expected this far north in Los Angeles County.

LEBEC, CA (Monday, June 1, 2020 at 10:20 a.m.)—Los Angeles County Supervisor (5th District) Kathryn Barger’s office has confirmed with The Mountain Enterprise that all of Los Angeles County will be under a curfew starting Monday at 6 p.m. and extending to Tuesday, June 2 at 6 a.m. This includes the areas of Lebec (Flying J), Gorman, Neenach and Highway 138 that are within Los Angeles County.

LEBEC, CA (Monday, June 1, 2020 at 8:15 a.m.)—Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger’s office today informed The Mountain Enterprise that county officials do not yet know whether a countywide curfew will be imposed today or this evening.

LEBEC, CA (Sunday, May 31, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.)—Los Angeles County has announced that all of the county is under curfew from 6 p.m. Sunday to 6 a.m. Monday The move comes as protests have continued in the wake of the killing of George Floyd in Minnesota. The Mountain Communities occupy the northwest corner of Los Angeles County from the Flying J travel plaza to Gorman and Neenach along Highway 138. National Guard troops have been deployed in cities across the nation, including Los Angeles.
