All Seasons Real Estate broker requests BRE commissioner to reconsider

The attorney for All Seasons Real Estate broker Stacey Havener has filed a request to ask California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) Commissioner Wayne Bell to reconsider his decision to revoke her broker’s license, according to BRE attorney James Demus.

On September 19 BRE Commissioner Bell filed an order to revoke Havener’s license, effective October 8. He had rejected Administrative Law Judge John E. DeCure’s proposed decision to…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
