A small ranch in Lockwood Valley was investigated on Wednesday, Aug. 11, for animal neglect, according to a statement released by Ventura County Sheriff’s Office.
Lockwood Valley sheriff’s deputies “received information [about] significant animal neglect occurring in the 17000 block of Lockwood Valley Road.
