GORMAN, CA (Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 2:30 p.m.)—Lanes 1, 2 and 3 of southbound Interstate 5 are open after a fatal crash involving a big rig and a white sedan, according to CHP. Lane #4 is still closed. CHP preliminary reports show the white sedan may have hit the big rig, which went down an embankment leaving the driver trapped inside.
