Do you have a baseball player in the family between the ages of 8 and 14?
The Frazier Mountain High School baseball coaches and all the baseball players, varsity and JV, will host their first annual baseball clinic on Saturday, Feb. 19 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the high school.
We are hopeful that returning Little League players and other children in the community will take advantage of the talent and training to be offered at the clinic. It is a great opportunity to polish up their skills.
Registration can be made on the day of the clinic. Please be at the FMHS varsity baseball field by 8:30 a.m. Registration is only $25 per player, with a $5 discount for each additional family member.
All proceeds from this clinic will help the high school teams purchase uniforms, baseballs and gear. The funds also help with repairs to the field. It is necessary to hold fundraisers like this because of school budget cuts.
If you would like to further our efforts by making a donation to the FMHS baseball program, or if you would like more information about the clinic, please call 245-1030.
We thank all of you for your continued support of youth sports in our Mountain Community.
