Bridging the Gap: Neighborhood Watch

On Thursday, July 16, the Mountain Communities Chamber of Commerce hosted another Bridging the Gap meeting with the Kern County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO). The meeting was held in the Community Room at the Frazier Park Library, and offered an introduction to the concept of community-oriented policing and the foundations of Neighborhood Watch.
