On January 27, 2025, CalRecycle released a notice of “Proposed Emergency Action” in response to “significant illegal disposal of organic waste and construction and demolition waste occurring in the Antelope Valley region in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Kern Counties.” The Mountain Enterprise reported on the illegal dumping activities in Neenach, Antelope Valley, and other CA rural areas in late 2024….(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
