It was a cold and windy morning Saturday, Dec. 12 when Susan Tae and the staff of the Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning greeted the public cordially with donuts at Gorman School. Their open house was to introduce Tejon Ranch Company’s team of consultants working on the Environmental Impact Report for the 19,333-home Centennial project.
