FRAZIER PARK, CA (Wedesday, Dec. 18, 2013 at 4:55 p.m.)—The Kern County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, Dec.  17 approved a name change for a portion of the newly renamed Hudson Ranch Road. The section of roadway from Apache Saddle and Mil Potrero Highway to the summit of Cerro Noroeste is now named Cerro Noroeste Road.
