It’s an innocent tale…Grandpa reads his grandson the story of a farmboy, Westley, who goes to sea, leaving his true love, “Buttercup,” behind.

Westley is killed by the dreaded Pirate Roberts and five years later Buttercup is selected to become the princess bride to Prince Humperdinck of Florian.

You can guess, of course, that Westley was not killed, making way for a grand adventure inhabited by a wacky cast of characters.
