Chilly week ahead

FRAZIER PARK, CA (Monday, March 28, 2016 at 7 a.m.) This is one of those weeks that gives springtime its reputation for moody indecision. National Weather Service says that Monday starts out with a tease of possible rain, but that fades away by Tuesday and highs stay under 50 most the week. Lows are predicted to stay above freezing.  Time for putting out the seedlings?

Mostly sunny, with a high near 47. Breezy, with a north northwest wind around 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
