After a relatively quiet start to the year in terms of bear activity in Pine Mountain Club (PMC), break-ins have picked up noticeably since summer began. At the PMCPOA Bear Committee meeting on September 2, committee member Carolyn Smith shared an update she received from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW).
