Third time proves to be the charm

The third time did, at last, prove to be the charm for a medical marijuana dispensary in Frazier Park. Pine Mountain High, LLC (which is doing business as Pain Management Collective—PMC) is the third pot dispensary to try to operate at the same location on San Gabriel Trail.
