Decisions made by the Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association (PMCPOA) Board of Directors and management have significant implications to the roughly 2,400 residents (per the 2020 U.S. Census Bureau) and homeowners of Pine Mountain Club.

For the 2024-2025 year, PMC residents paid an annual assessment of $1,961.00. The assessment fee supports many essential services for residents, including road and clubhouse maintenance, the Condor Cafe, the equestrian center, the golf course, the post office, administrator salaries, and more.
In recent months, community members have voiced concerns publicly in PMCPOA board meetings, on social media, and to The Mountain Enterprise about recent management and financial decisions made by the Board of Directors and management.
