On August 2, 2024, Zack Scrivner stepped down from his elected role as Kern County Supervisor for District 2. County residents will vote for a new supervisor to take over the final two years of Scrivner’s four year term on November 5. Six candidates are vying for the vacant role.

All six candidates spoke in Frazier Park at the Community Center on Thursday, October 17, just weeks before election day. The candidates discussed what they plan to do for the Frazier Mountain community…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
