On the first Saturday of every month the Fort Tejon time machine kicks into action and the park fills up with costumed guides to life in the 1850s.
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, you and the family can enjoy a visit into the past and learn from blacksmiths and candlemakers, artillery soldiers and all kinds of other surprising characters. Fort Tejon is about 5 miles north of Frazier Park, off the I-5 Fort Tejon Exit.
