FRAZIER PARK, CA (Monday, Nov. 21, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.)–A passenger vehicle traveling west on Frazier Mountain Park Road in Lake of the Woods swerved to miss two dogs in the roadway and rolled over off the north side of the road this morning at about 9:40.

Driver Nick Wagner and passengers Victoria Simmons and a baby boy, all from Pinon Pines, suffered minor injuries—bumps and bruises, according to CHP Officer Garcia—and were taken to Henry Mayo Hospital.

Chirs Martini, in the area from Denver to work with horses, saw the accident happen. "The two dogs ran out from the parking lot," he said pointing across the street from Midway Market to the parking area at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. "He swerved to miss the dogs" then went off the road and rolled over, Martini said.
