It’s been a waste disposer’s heaven since the beginning of time, but now things are changing.
The State of California has imposed requirements on counties and local municipalities that must be placed upon residential and commercial customers of waste removal companies.
Last December, the Kern County Board of Supervisors certified that Frazier Park residential property owners had successfully protested the state’s requirements and would not be forced to comply.
