Eight-year plea deal for PMC burglar

Leamon Harmon pled no contest (equivalent to a guilty plea) to first-degree burglary on September 11 in a deal with the Kern County District Attorney’s Office. The deal included pleading guilty to violating post-release supervision on a child sexual assault conviction.
