LEBEC and FRAZIER PARK, CA (Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 5:40 a.m.)—Before dawn, El Tejon Unified School District announced that its schools will start two hours later than normal today. A two-hour snow delay has been called due to snow and ice conditions on the roads.
