El Tejon Unified School District Superintendent’s Update

• Free covid-19 home tests offered to students

• How snow days / delays work

By Sara Haflich, ETUSD Superintendent / Frazier Mountain High School Principal

In an effort to keep covid-19 exposure as minimal as possible within El Tejon Unified School District sites, we are offering students a free at-home rapid covid-19 test, to take the day before they come back from Christmas break.  It is an easy- to-administer, FDA-approved, iHealth antigen rapid test.

Tests were sent home with students whose parents returned a signed request form. The tests will also be available at the district office throughout the school break, Mondays through Wednesdays, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. One test per ETUSD student is available.
