Encampment removed from Frazier Mountain Park

An illegal encampment present in the park during the past week was removed Wednesday morning, May 29.
Kern County Park Ranger Senior Patrol Officer John Carroll told The Mountain Enterprise he deals frequently with homeless encampments at parks throughout the county.
