FRAZIER PARK, CA (Monday, Oct. 4, 2021 at 11:21 a.m.)—Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp all went down Monday morning in a global outage, according to the news agency Retuers. All three platforms are owned by Facebook. Reuters reports that the outage occurred before noon Eastern Standard Time and affected the platforms worldwide.
