Sedona Vivirito was named Fiesta Days Queen July 24. First runner-up Jacquie Kelly, with Princesses Juliana Martin and Katie Westover, will join her in the Fiesta Days Parade Saturday, Aug. 8 at 10 a.m.

The royal court will present awards August 7, 8 and 9 at the 48th Annual Fiesta Days extravaganza of fun family events, contests, 12 live bands and vendors. Mountain Memories Association produces the festival to benefit nonprofit efforts such as the Mountain Communities Health Fair.

Tammie Goddard hosted and judged the contest with 2014 Queen Janice Winter and VFW’s Dee Bumgardner. Mountain Top Video was the sponsor. Jan Baird donated the tiara and The Cottage Garden donated beautiful bouquets of roses.
Vivirito’s talent was singing. Kelly played the piano. Martin wrote an original poem. Westover showed her art and baked sugar cookies for the judges.
